Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our placement services, browse open roles, apply for them, and subscribe to text message updates. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with it, submitting false information, or using it to send unlawful or misleading content.
Roles and applications
Listings describe roles we are recruiting for. We are not the employer for most of them: the employer makes the hiring decision, sets the final terms, and may withdraw a role. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment. We do not charge job seekers any fee to apply, to be considered, or to be placed.
Eligibility
Before an application can move forward we confirm your eligibility — that you are authorized to work in the United States, and that you meet any minimum age the role or its insurer carries. Where a role has requirements we cannot waive, we will tell you. We never ask for identity documents through this website.
SMS Communications
By ticking the optional consent box on our updates page, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Nova (Nova Mobile Tech LLC) at the phone number you provided — including marketing and promotional messages about new job openings, application status updates, interview scheduling, hiring event invitations, job alert notifications, seasonal hiring campaigns, and offers and incentives.
- Message frequency varies. We send messages when there is something relevant, typically a handful a month.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
